I was recently looking up more information on working with Hair and Daz Studio and Photoshop in general.
I went to the awesome Sticky Thread on Daz's Forum here. It has a great list of freebies and information!
Anyway I found this nice tutorial on Deviant Art about doing Hair in Photoshop if you are wanting to do post work.
This is a nice PDF on hair painting as post work as well.
